Estate Administration & Executor Support
Acting as an executor involves significant legal and procedural responsibilities, often
at a time when important personal and family matters are also involved. I provide legal
guidance to executors and estate representatives on the procedural and legal aspects of
estate administration, which may include:
- Probate and Estate Grants - Legal guidance and document preparation
relating to probate and other estate grant processes, where required.
- Executor Duties and Responsibilities - Advice on executors’ legal
obligations, decision-making, and common issues that arise during estate administration.
- Estate Administration Issues - Assistance with questions, disputes,
or complications that may arise at any stage of administering an estate.
- Executor Compensation - Guidance on executor remuneration, including
assistance with seeking court approval or orders where appropriate.
- Court Proceedings and Testamentary Documents - Assistance with court
proceedings involving wills and other testamentary documents, including documents that
may not meet formal legal requirements.
My role is to help clients understand their obligations, address issues as they arise,
and move the estate administration forward in accordance with applicable law.
